Mary Peck Art Advisory, LLC is a full service art advisory firm. The firm specializes in Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary art in a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, works on paper, and photography. Clients receive individualized service and total discretion.

 

We provide advisory services to all levels of collectors, ranging from clients who are just starting to build a collection to individuals and families who are downsizing a home or liquidating an estate.

Acquisitions

Ms. Peck advises clients on the purchase of artwork through galleries, at auction or through private sales. She helps clients navigate the art world and provides personalized access to her international network of galleries, auction houses, and art professionals.  Ms. Peck assists clients with identifying potential acquisitions, careful research of condition and provenance, market analysis, coordinating gallery and studio visits, negotiation of prices and payment terms, and bidding at auction.  Ms. Peck also provides advice with regard to framing, shipping, installation, collection management, and exhibition loans.

 

Sales

Ms. Peck provides guidance related to the sale of fine and decorative art.  Whether selling one work or an entire collection, services include inventory management, identification of works for sale and sale venues, solicitation of competitive offers from auction houses, galleries, and other sources.  Ms. Peck will oversee the negotiation and facilitation of sale, consignment or charitable donation to maximize her clients’ return.
